The Town of Alexandria is accepting applications for a part-time Transfer Station Attendant. Position will be part-time, as needed to cover when employees are absent. Position will include working on some Saturdays. Job duties include assisting with the processing and removal of solid waste and recyclable materials. Must possess the ability to deal with the general public in an effective & cooperative manner, understand and follow written & oral instructions. Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds.
